Meet the Founder
At the core of Deborah's approach is her belief that retail planning is both a science and an art. With almost 15 years experience in financial planning, merchandising, and cross-functional strategy across diverse retail environments, she has a forward vision to create tailored, strategic solutions to help growing brands optimize operations and drive success.
Deborah began her retail planning career at Macy's in their home division. She then expanded her expertise from large-scale department stores to the brand side, spanning multiple fashion categories at Kate Spade. After taking on a leadership role in wholesale planning during Kate Spade’s acquisition by Coach, Deborah spearheaded the evolution of the shipping forecast to drive weekly action and provide visibility to the new parent company, Tapestry, on expected performance. Her contributions were recognized when she was honored with the Lew Award, celebrating her as a standout leader within the Tapestry corporate team. During the pandemic-induced supply chain crisis, she led a taskforce for the wholesale division to reprioritize shipping containers and reallocate inventory, aligning channels and maximizing margins through swift, data driven decisions.
Most recently, she transitioned into a mid-size tech startup, further expanding her planning expertise by refining tools and establishing key drivers to align bottom-up demand forecasting with top-down financial planning for both Global B2B and DTC.
